  • Buddhist Temple – 10.6 km
    The beauty of this location allows for closer contact with Buddhist philosophy and a time for rest during your trip.
    It was built in 1996 and the temple’s gardens currently contain over 120 statues, each with its own meaning. One highlight is a 7-meter tall statue of the Buddha. There is also a temple giving the location a very special ambience.
  • Itaipu Ecomuseum – 11.2 km
    The Ecomuseum preserves the history of the plant and the Brazilian region where the hydroelectric plant was built. Visitors pass through a circuit split into modules that show everything from the occupation of the region where the plant is located along the Brazilian side of the river to Itaipu’s environmental conservation projects.
  • Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant – 16.6 km
    The Binacional Plant located on the Paraná River, along the border between Brazil and Paraguay, is recognized as one of the largest modern engineering projects, with the world’s highest production. A monumental construction with tourist services, it includes various options of attractions in the engineering area as well as in technology, nature and the history of the region.
  • Iguazu Falls – 26.5 km
    One of the seven Natural Wonders of the World, the falls fascinate everyone with their natural beauty and the force of their water. Formed by the waters of the Iguazu River, along the border between Brazil and Argentina, there are over 295 waterfalls varying in height from 60 to 82 meters. The sound of the water can be heard from kilometers away.
  • Macuco Safari – 26.5 km
    Located inside Iguazu National Park, this safari takes place in boats that allow visitors to appreciate the falls from a special angle – from the river. The adventure starts on a small train that brings visitors to the river’s edge.
